Ordering & payment
How do I place an order with Zayr?
Add the pieces you want to your bag, open the bag and go to checkout, then enter your name, phone number and delivery address. No account is needed. You will get an order number on screen and by email, which you can use at any time to track the order.
What payment methods does Zayr accept?
Cash on delivery, anywhere in Pakistan. You pay the courier rider in cash when the parcel reaches you — nothing is charged when you place the order, and there is no cash-on-delivery surcharge.
Do I need an account to order from Zayr?
No. Checkout works without an account. Creating one afterwards lets you see past orders and save a wishlist, but it is optional and never required to buy.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Call or WhatsApp +92 334 4008322 with your order number as soon as possible and we will change or cancel it. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it, but you can decline it at the door since you have not paid.
Does Zayr have a physical shop?
No. Zayr is an online-only jewellery brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. There is no walk-in counter — everything is ordered through the website and delivered to your address by courier.
Delivery & shipping
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat Rs.250 anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders over Rs.5,000. Distance makes no difference to the price — an order to Quetta or Gilgit costs the same to ship as one to Lahore.
How long does Zayr take to deliver in Pakistan?
One to two working days in Lahore, two to three days in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Sialkot, three to four days in Karachi, Multan, Peshawar and Hyderabad, and four to six days in Quetta and remote areas.
Which cities does Zayr deliver to?
Every city in Pakistan. Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Quetta, Sargodha, Bahawalpur and Abbottabad all have their own delivery pages, and we ship anywhere else a courier reaches.
Is cash on delivery available all over Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available in every city and town we ship to, at no extra charge. It is how most Zayr orders are paid.
How do I track my Zayr order?
Go to the Track Order page and enter the order number from your confirmation email. It shows the current status — pending, confirmed, shipped or delivered — without needing an account.
What if I miss the delivery?
The courier calls before arriving and reattempts the next working day if nobody answers. Giving a phone number that is answered during working hours is the single best way to get the parcel on the first attempt.
Does Zayr ship outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment. Zayr delivers within Pakistan only. If you want a piece sent to family here as a gift, order to their address and mention it in the notes — we will leave the price off the invoice.
Returns & exchanges
What is Zayr's return policy?
Pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Contact us on +92 334 4008322 or queries@zayrclothing.com with your order number and we will arrange it.
Can I exchange a ring that does not fit?
Yes. Sizing exchanges are the most common request we get and they are straightforward within 7 days, as long as the ring is unworn. Measuring properly before ordering saves you the wait — our ring sizing guide has the chart.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us the same day at +92 334 4008322 or queries@zayrclothing.com with your order number and a photo. A wrong or damaged item is our mistake and we replace it — you are not paying return postage for something we got wrong.
Sizing
What chain length should I order?
55 cm (22 inches) is the most-ordered men's length and sits just below the collarbone; 50 cm sits on it. For women's chains, 40–45 cm is the common range. Add 2–3 cm if a pendant is going on the chain.
How do I find my ring size at home?
Wrap a 1 cm strip of paper snugly around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure to the mark in millimetres — that is your circumference. Check it also passes over your knuckle, and measure in the evening rather than the morning.
What bracelet size should I order?
Measure your wrist and add 1.5–2 cm for comfortable movement. Most women's bracelets land at 17–19 cm and most men's at 20–22 cm. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — links can be removed, not added.
Materials & care
What is Zayr jewellery made of?
The everyday range is 316L stainless steel — the corrosion-resistant surgical grade. Gold and black finishes on steel are PVD, meaning the colour is fused into the surface in a vacuum rather than electroplated, which is why it survives water and daily wear.
Will Zayr jewellery turn my skin green?
316L stainless steel will not. There is no meaningful copper in the alloy, and copper reacting with sweat is what causes green marks. Gold-plated brass pieces can mark once the plating wears through, which is why our daily-wear range is steel.
Can I shower or swim wearing it?
Yes, with the 316L steel and PVD pieces — water, soap and chlorine do not affect them. Gold-plated brass should be kept dry, since water is what wears plating through fastest.
Is Zayr jewellery hypoallergenic?
316L stainless steel is well tolerated by most people with metal sensitivities, including nickel allergies, because it holds nickel in a stable alloy rather than releasing it. If you react to jewellery generally, steel and titanium are the safest choices.
How do I stop jewellery tarnishing in Pakistan's climate?
Store each piece in a sealed bag with a silica gel sachet, away from the bathroom, and wipe it with a dry cloth before putting it away. Humidity is what drives tarnish, so keeping air and moisture off between wears is the whole fix.
