Questions before you order
Can sale jewellery be exchanged?
Yes. Sale pieces have the same 7-day exchange as everything else, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. Send your order number on WhatsApp to +92 334 4008322 and we will arrange it. Sale stock is limited, so an exchange for a different size depends on that size still being available.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Every Zayr order in Pakistan can be paid in cash when the parcel arrives, with no charge for choosing cash on delivery. Delivery is Rs.250 and free on orders over Rs.5,000. Where the option appears at checkout, paying online by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa instead makes delivery free.
How long does delivery take, and do you deliver to Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad?
Yes, Zayr delivers to every city in Pakistan. Lahore usually takes 1–2 working days, Islamabad and Rawalpindi 2–3 working days, and Karachi 2–4 working days. Remote areas such as Gilgit-Baltistan can take up to seven working days. Zayr is an online brand based in Lahore with no physical shop, so every order comes to your door by courier.
