How long delivery actually takes, city by city
One to two days in Lahore, four to six in Quetta, and everything in between — plus the four things that actually cause delays.

“Kitne din mein aa jaye ga?” is the most-asked question in our inbox and it deserves a real answer rather than the standard 3–5 working days that every store in the country quotes regardless of geography. A parcel to Gulberg and a parcel to Quetta are not the same journey and pretending otherwise just produces disappointed people.
The actual windows
Working days, counted from dispatch, which is the day after your order is confirmed for anything placed before the afternoon cut-off.

These are honest averages across a few thousand parcels, not a marketing promise. Around 85% land inside the window. The rest are almost always one of the four things below.
What actually delays a parcel
- An unanswered phone. By a wide margin the number one cause. The rider calls, gets nothing, attempts once more, and the parcel goes back on the van for tomorrow. Two missed calls can turn a two-day delivery into a five-day one.
- A vague address. “House 5, Street 12” exists in about forty places in Lahore alone. A landmark fixes this instantly.
- Public holidays and long weekends. Couriers do not run on Eid days and the backlog takes three to four days to clear afterwards.
- Weather and route closures. Monsoon flooding in Sindh and southern Punjab, and winter closures on northern routes, genuinely stop vans. Nobody can route around a closed highway.
Ordering for a date
If the piece has to be in someone's hands on a particular day, work backwards and add a buffer that matches the city.

The Eid number is not padding. The last ten days of Ramadan are the single heaviest period in Pakistani e-commerce, every courier in the country runs at capacity, and a route that normally takes three days takes six. Tracking, and when to worry
Your order number arrives on screen and by email the moment you check out, and the track-order page shows where it is — pending, confirmed, shipped, delivered — without an account or a login.
- Status has not moved for 24 hours after dispatch: normal. Scans are not continuous and a parcel in transit often shows nothing for a day.
- Status has not moved for 72 hours: message us. Something is usually stuck at a hub and one phone call from the shipper moves it.
- Status says delivered and you have nothing: message us the same day. This is nearly always a rider marking the run early and delivering that evening, but the trail goes cold fast, so tell us immediately.
- Rider never called: message us. We can push a re-attempt with a corrected number, which is faster than waiting for the default retry.

Nobody has ever been upset about a parcel that took four days. People are upset about a parcel that was promised in two and arrived in four with no word in between.
Common questions
How long does jewellery delivery take in Pakistan?
One to two working days in Lahore, two to three in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Sialkot, three to four in Karachi, Multan, Peshawar and Hyderabad, and four to six in Quetta and remote areas. Counting starts from dispatch, which is usually the working day after you order.
Why has my parcel not moved for two days?
Courier scans are not continuous, so a parcel genuinely in transit can show no update for 24 to 48 hours. If nothing has changed after 72 hours, message us with your order number — that usually means it is stuck at a hub and a call from the shipper releases it.
How far ahead should I order for Eid?
Two weeks before the moon sighting. The last ten days of Ramadan are the busiest period of the year for every courier in Pakistan, and routes that normally run in three days stretch to six. Ordering in the first half of Ramadan avoids the crush entirely.
Can I track my order without an account?
